Common questions

How do I sign in?

Type your email, then the 6-digit code we send you. A code works for 10 minutes. No email? Check your spam folder, or ask for a new code.

Why do I need to sign in to Ask?

Each answer costs Malaab money to write, so every account has a number of questions a day. Signing in is how Malaab counts them.

A score or a stat is wrong

Malaab gets its data from the competitions' own feeds. Write to us with the game, and we'll check it.

How do I download or delete my data?

In Settings, under Privacy: Download my data or Delete my data. You can also delete your account by email.

How do I turn off analytics?

In Settings, under Privacy, turn off Share usage analytics.
